Mobile app PRIVACY POLICY

EchoSports is a real time athlete monitoring solution. Athlete detailed movement metrics and video data is gathered
automatically. Results are provided to our users both real time during the events and after the events in our cloud
portal.
To remote control our system, we provide a mobile application that delivers the basic functionality.
Our clients are sports organizations. Coaches of these organizations use the mobile app to start/stop event
recordings, manage the tag assignment to athletes, start/stop game segments/periods and mark events that are of
interest to analyze.
Athletes of the sports organizations use the application to track their performance progress during games of training
sessions and watch live streamed or archive game video episodes.
The app provides the data gathered or added by our users. EchoSports does not generate any own content.
EchoSports provides the data gatehered or added by our users in a convient manner.
All data is accessible only to authorised users based on their user role in EchoSports and only to the teams they are
part of or have access to.
To deliver these services, EchoSports app uses some of your mobile device resources.
Location – Mobile application requires the user location during starting a new event recording. This is done to provide
you with a sorted equipment set / sports hall list (the closer sports halls first).
Access to storage and camera – EchoSports app provides a quick athlete adding functionality where only athlete
picture is taken or provided, the full data is provided later in the portal. Coaches identify the newly created athletes by
the pictures provided, according to the athlete they later provide their name/surname, age, weight, height and other
data.
NFC reader – Out athlete tags contain a NFC chip for a quick athlete identification. The coaches use this functionality
to get latest data of athletes during a game or to link specific tags to specific athletes before the event.
